My service technician from Hedlund Plumbing was George. George was prompt at arriving to my home at the scheduled time we had set up. George provided me exceptional, customer service!!! I called Hedlund to get an estimate of what it would take to run a gas line from my basement to my kitchen for a gas range. The line in the basement is just below my kitchen. A Service Professor heating and cooling guy shows up and says they normally don't do that sort of thing and then proceeds to give me an outrageous estimate (> $2,500). And I was rewarded with a $79 service call fee. Never again!
George was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I really appreciated that he took the time needed to explain our plumbing issues. We look forward to working with Hedlund Plumbing.
Cost for labour is ridiculous. They charge 630 for a new garbage disposal.
I've used Hedlund Plumbing for several years. They installed a laundry tub and most recently cleaned my drains. They've always been professional and got the job done efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
