Karina is absolutely amazing! She’s coloured my hair both dark and blonde over the years, and every single time it’s turned out beautifully. As for my cuts, she is meticulous and a perfectionist and is the only person I’ll let cut my hair!
I have been going to Hedkandi off an on for many years, and have been seeing Karina for the last four. When I say that Karina is amazing at what she does, it is an understatement. I truly receive unsolicited compliments from strangers on my hair on a regular basis, and all I can do is thank them and say that I have nothing to do with it 😂 She is a total master with hair colour. Absolute fiasco with a hair appointment and service, and I happened to experience that 7 days before my son's wedding. Do they care, hard to tell anybody cares there. But do they care about loosing clients money, that is a guarantee. YOU want the best stylist(Korina), who doesn't show to work that day(caled in sick), at the time of appointment (beautifuly warm Saturday at 5.00pm) just wandering why anybody think that I would not like to enjoy that gorgeous Saturday out at 5pm? . I have been visiting Sara at this location for the past 3 years. Every time I visit the salon she is warm and inviting and on time. Even though she’s now been doing my hair for a number of years, EVERY TIME I come in she sits down with me to review what I would like to do with my hair or if I would like to try something new or change what we have previously done.
