Gabby is fantastic!
Got a hair cut earlier this year in February at this salon they were able to fit me in even tho I had no appointment and they did my natural hair amazing. I went to the other hedkandi salon on 8th street but they unfortunately were not able to get the same or similar results. I would definitely go here again with an actual appointment haha.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a hair Botox appointment in person and was never informed that I could be charged the full cost of the service 400$ if I missed my appointment. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they must be clearly communicated to customers at the time of booking. What makes this even more concerning is that I never knowingly authorized the salon to keep my credit card on file.
