This dentist failed to diagnose me accurately. said i have 6 cavities and tried to fill them on the spot. The college has deemed fault to the dentist in a recent ruling. This is an unprofessional and untrustworthy business. Very disappointed.
Initially wrote a 5 star review but subsequent admin nightmare downgraded it to two stars. Pros: got me in for appointment very quickly. Great dental service. Cons: The admin was a complete nightmare. I was using municipal health coverage, which I double checked myself as valid for the time period. The admin said that the insurance would work, so I went ahead with the appointments. I emailed them a copy of the insurance letter as requested. new to Kingston so was looking for a dentist asap near my residence for some tooth issues. They got me in for appointments very quickly and helped me process my health benefits very smoothly as well. Friendly and polite staff. Highly recommend!
I missed the appointment due to an extended trip and unfortunately forgot to inform the clinic in advance. I later received a text message regarding a $100 no-show fee. While I understand it was my responsibility to notify the dentist, I was surprised by the severity of the penalty. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I’ve decided to switch to a different dental clinic.
