When it comes to needles and cavity fillings I’m a bit of a Nervous Nelly, but Dr Craig was very good in asking throughout the procedure how I was doing. Hedgewood house is also very well equipped and their staff are very good at their jobs. Great experience overall.

This is the last and first time I will ever visit this nightmare of a clinic. Initially wrote a 5 star review but subsequent admin nightmare downgraded it to two stars. Pros: got me in for appointment very quickly. Great dental service. Update on insurance coverage saga: In the end I had to pay out of pocket due to the utter negligence and oversight of the reception, where they blithely told me that yeah, the insurance is going to work, WITHOUT FIRST CHECKING ON THEIR SIDE, which were the instructions stated in the letter. This dentist failed to diagnose me accurately. said i have 6 cavities and tried to fill them on the spot. The college has deemed fault to the dentist in a recent ruling. This is an unprofessional and untrustworthy business. Very disappointed.
