THE GOOD: The Super does his job well, and is kind. They require a background check. They do not take Section 8. The neighbors keep to themselves. The heat works well and water pressure is good & free. NOT SO GOOD: If you are not on the automatic payment plan then you have to make sure your payments arrive early to the PO Box, which they may not check until after the payment is due and then tack on a late fee. i have been to this complex nobody is ever in the office and when you call for an appointment nobody ever returns your calls try calling the corporate office and they do nothing about there business
