A very nice place for eye care. We followed Candice from another place and feel at home here. The ladies up front are nice and welcoming. The technician who helped us with our glasses was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a nice and clean facility.
Best experience ever! The staff is so professional, like no Doctors office I have visited. Honestly, if you need glasses, or just an exam, this is the place. Danny was exceptional!
I highly recommend Hedges Eye Care! I was referred to Hedges by my son and DIL who had recently had their eye exams by Dr Suggs. She gave me a thorough (and long overdue) exam and was able to answer all my questions. The outstanding customer I received from Danny, after picking up my glasses, was over and beyond. Premier customer service is lacking in so many businesses, not here! Thank you Danny & Dr Suggs! I will be back!
I had an excellent experience with my optometrist! From the moment I walked in, Danny was very welcoming, professional, and efficient. The doctor, Mrs Suggs took the time to thoroughly explain everything during the exam, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients’ eye health. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable and compassionate eye care!
