Had a shopping trip in Chagrin Falls with my girlfriends this past week. We stopped in most gift and home decor retail stores. Of all the stores we visited Hedges Design was my favorite. The store is beautifully decorated, full of a wide variety of items and had pleasant, very helpful employees who were there to answer questions but did not hover. This was my first experience in this store. I will definitely return with family and friends in the near future.
I have been shopping at this boutique since I moved to the area 4.5 years ago. From day one, everyone has been so kind and welcoming. The ladies always go out of their way to say hi to me and my kids. Hedges is my go-to for gifts and is always the first place I send friends and family who are visiting. I could not love this shop more!
Stopped in after an appointment in the area bc I needed a gift for a friend. First of all, upon entering-not a single person acknowledged my presence, not even a smile, hello, nada. That in itself is enough to make me turn right around & go elsewhere, and that's exactly what I did. My money spends the same everywhere. Sad that I didn't read the reviews prior to stopping here bc I wouldn't have even wasted my time. It's apparent this boutique could use a little training in customer service for their staff and/or owner.
Exceptional store and very friendly staff. I visited twice while in the area this spring. It’s a wonderful place to pick up a variety of unique gifts as well as high-quality clothing and shoes. I plan to check out this shop when I return to the Chagrin Falls area.
