Stopped in after an appointment in the area bc I needed a gift for a friend. First of all, upon entering-not a single person acknowledged my presence, not even a smile, hello, nada. That in itself is enough to make me turn right around & go elsewhere, and that's exactly what I did. My money spends the same everywhere. Sad that I didn't read the reviews prior to stopping here bc I wouldn't have even wasted my time. It's apparent this boutique could use a little training in customer service for their staff and/or owner.
Exceptional store and very friendly staff. I visited twice while in the area this spring. It’s a wonderful place to pick up a variety of unique gifts as well as high-quality clothing and shoes. I plan to check out this shop when I return to the Chagrin Falls area.

I had some business in the village today, ended up with extra free time and decided to walk through a few shops. I’ve been in Hedges frequently over the years and in both locations. A very nice assortment of gift items, especially around the holidays. But I have to say the most consistent impression of this store is the extremely unwelcoming staff that seems to always be there.
