I sent Karen Thorsey an email detailing what I was looking for for my wedding. I followed up politely by phone, (big mistake apparently) and was greeted by her in an unnecessary harsh and rude tone. She blatantly told me she had no time for me and even harassed me about being too early when looking for a florist (my wedding is 9 months away, wow). She then proceeded to bash me to the other people she was working with, and told me how rude I was. She will definitely not be getting my business.
