Cannot make an appt after 4 days as their system does not send my phone a msg. I have called multiple times leaving msgs and there's I am not working. I am a teacher and only have a 30 min lunch and from 4p to call me. When I have called during my 2 15 min breaks, can never get a human. If there was more competition, they would not be in business as this is a horrible customer experience. Note I did not use the word, SErVICE!
