I ordered graduation announcements and announcement cards from Hector's Print shop. items were not done by him but sent out for completion. He never revealed that he would send them out to be done. Order came in late and incorredt. Items had to be re-done, again order was late delivery. No adjustment was offered or given even after I requested he do something.
