This is just a great family owned restaurant that I've been going to for over 20 years. The menu options will keep you busy for a minute. They have great soups, and specialty menu options. I would love to give you a favorite, but there is too many to post. Great service and just down right great people. Must try it out if you're in Crosby.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our first time at Hector’s and definitely not our last! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the service was wonderful, and we loved the beautiful Aztec-inspired atmosphere—it made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, and we left SO full! I ordered a Sweet Tea with lime, and Caldo de Camarónes (that came with rice and tortillas) which I was really looking forward to. While sitting waiting on my food, I enjoyed the waterboarding of a leaky vent above head. The Sweet Tea wasn't to my liking so I changed to Pepsi. I was charged for both ($4.15/ea) This is a first! The shrimp were old, you could tell because they were shriveled up from being cooked multiple times.
