After reading numerous positive reviews, I trusted Hector with a very special ring that belonged to my grandmother. I requested that my 1.5-carat diamond ring be reshaped and resized. What I received in return was a fake diamond and a poorly crafted band (pictured). This is fraudulent misrepresentation! I am deeply disappointed and feel deceived. What happened to honesty and integrity? Please flag this business as they are practicing deceptive business conduct and should not be trusted.
The owner was nice, help me replace my battery in 20 minutes and . The price was $10 and that was a good price. If I need to replace my battery again I would to in there.
Asked him to fix my glasses frames. I went to pick it up, it wasnt ready. When I got them, the y broke the same day i pick it up.
I LOVE HECTOR! He fixed my most important piece of jewelry, my grandfathers watch, for me - and I would not trust anyone else to do it with such care, passion and dedication. I’ve stopped going to any other jeweler- Hector is the BEST. 💓
I have purchased a few pieces from this place and I haven’t had any issues with my jewelry at all. I’m planning on buying an engagement ring from them.
