Stay away from Hector’s Iron. Did a gate for me a few months ago, used non adjustable hinges for some reason, swore it would never need adjusting. 3 weeks later was way out of adjustment, and started to rust in a few places. To make matters worse, for some unknown reason they ground down the bolts that hold the gate against the wall, so now I can’t even shim the gate back in alignment. Similar experience to the last few reviews. Gates were installed with improper spacing and when heated up, they bend. Spent the last four months trying to get them to come out and fix it and nothing.

He installed a fence and it started coming apart. He told me he would come fix the fence being that he iwas the one who installed it. He never came. I called him again and he asked me to send him pictures of the fence, I did twice. He is not an honest person and I would definitely not recommend him. If you say you are going to do something and don’t. You are not trustworthy. Very disappointed.

Do not use this company they take your money and when you call them about a problem they will not come back and correct the problem. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
