Hectors is obviously a staple in laconia. Never disappoints. The bartender always has something up her sleeve. The food is very consistent.
Really nice spot for quality foods. Service was great, and so were the drinks.
Came in on a Friday night, place was packed. We were seated near the bar and our waitress was spread thin taking care of all the tables. Service was so slow and our order came out wrong. They comped the meal and brought out the one we ordered, thank you for that. But overall, food was very disappointing. Caesar salad was wilty and lacked croutons and shaved parm, salmon was tiny and dry. Burger was way overcooked and quite burnt.
