Since wesco has acquired Hector turf the company has gone downhill. We have had nothing but problems ordering parts for machines due to horrible policies. They no longer accept American Express. Not sure why but all competent and reputable businesses accept a true business owners credit card. When I asked how am I supposed to pay you as I’m not going to use a personal credit card to pay a business expense they offered ach. I said great send me a bill like every other business does and I’ll click pay here and use an ach. No t... read more
