I was very encouraged after my initial meeting with Dr. Lopez, after following his suggestions and getting some testing done, we had our follow up and he decided what treatments would be needed for my pain management. My insurance denied the treatment but stated that they just had a few questions that could be cleared up by a peer to peer with the Dr. because the notes were not clear . Awful experience. From the first visit I intuitively just knew that he wasn't going to help me. After months of agony, cutting down my work schedule to almost nothing & getting all the necessary testing & physical therapy done, he put words in my mouth & said he couldn't help me because he didn't know what was wrong.. as if my MRI'S that showed DDD, spinal stenosis & herniated discs were nothing.
