A few hours after a regular Grooming for my pup I noticed she had a moist spot / irritation between her shoulder blades after being groomed. Took her to the vet a few days later when it began to worsen. The first thing the vet ask me was if she was recently groomed because it looked like a clipper burn. Took both of my puppies for their haircut and nail trim. They burned one of my puppy's balls not sure exactly how. He was in excruciating pain for a week and had to take him to the vet. When I went back to the shop the next day to show them, all they told me was that "if I had any proof that his balls weren't already like that before I brought them in to the shop". Took my 1 year old Shihtzu here and asked them not to cut any of her hair. Come to find out they completely shaved her. She was fluffy and had so much, and now she has little to nothing. Called and they told me I would have to call back on Monday. I will not be bringing my dogs here anymore.

Hector Grooming Salon did amazing job with my bichon came in almost at closing and they still did amazing job a total makeover for my doggie she smells and looks beautifulthank you guys i will definitely recommend and will keep taking my dogs great prices also!!!!
Usually does a God Job but this last cut was supper low. Gazz whole body is red even his feet. He's looking better today. I did a Lil research and found that it's good for dogs to get a low hair cut at least once a year do to sanitary purposes which is understandable.
