We were disappointed with HECO after being billed a substantial labour charge for a second visit to rectify the first repair that had failed. Our 3/4hp boiler circ pump failed in Feb this year. A HECO tech came down, sourced and installed a new one. His work order noted the new motor had slightly elevated noise. The bill was $1,381.43. 29 days later, the pump quit.
