We had Heck's cater our wedding and everyone was just blown away by how great all the food was. The ribs were amazing, pulled pork was excellent, and the brisket had people almost fighting over it. Heck's service was top notch as well, all the staff was super friendly and Jody even took time out to show our guests how the Corn Cob smoking process worked.
