I used Jasmine Carpet Care last year to clean our carpets in our multi-level home as well as our patio and couch cushions. With two big dogs the carpets can get really dirty. Excellent service!!!! I called last minute and the owner was here within an hour. I made the mistake of calling another company first and they came out and tried to change the price once they were here I told them to leave. I went on to Google Maps and I found Jasmine Carpet Service and I should have called them first. The owner gave me a flat fee for my one-bedroom apartment and was more than helpful I can't say enough good things. I'm giving JASMINE CARPET CARE 3 stars. I thought they did a really good job on my carpet and couch. My carpet is in fantastic shape. However, they didn't lift all the stubborn pet hairs off of my couch, which i was surprised about, considering I went for the shampoo and conditioner package.
