RecommendedSome of the best customer service AND FOOD I have ever had. I had a minor discrepancy about my to go order and I let them know. I let them know not to “complain” but to inform them of some confusion. They went above and beyond to help me and were very kind. My husband and I loved Heck’s before but now we are even bigger fans! #supportlocalbusinesses
RecommendedIt’s my favorite burger in the city! However during the quarantine, the containers they packed the burger in is all wrong. The condensation makes the bread WET by the tim you get it home. Totally not worth the 30 minute drive for my fave burger. Soggy bread and soggy fries. Yikes! I WILL be back after quarantine tho...
