Heck's has the best veggie burger in Cleveland. Service is good and the food is great.
This place is an actual joke. The bartender was extremely rude. I was uncomfortable from the time I sat down at the bar and had menus thrown at me up until leaving to have the valet hand me my keys. I will never return nor would I recommend anyone going! A burger with a cold bun is not worth the awful service. Save yourself the trouble and do no visit this hole in a wall.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've never been so dissatisfied with service before. The bartender (with his ridiculous slicked back hair) was one of the rudest humans I have ever met. The manager comped nearly $50 worth of food and drink from our check because of his poor attitude. The only good thing about our experience was the server (Stephanie). The food/drinks, the people, and the atmosphere are all top notch. This was my regular "haunt" for the better part of the two years I lived in Ohio City, and I miss it every day.
Loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately my burger was extremely dry and over cooked.. when I told the waiter his reply was "oh ya they have a lot of burgers on the grill" I think the reply should have been different for a $12 burger
We visited Hecks this afternoon and wasn't sure what to think! I was so surprised that I loved the atmosphere, the employees and most of all the food!!! I would gladly come back!!!
