They were amazing ! Found the problem and fixed it asap !
I installed 2 separate Cooper Hunter ductless systems about 3 years ago. Mice got into one of the outside units and chewed up the wiring and boards. I changed the boards but still had error codes. Zach from Heckman came out, listened to what I had done up to that point and completed the repair of the unit. One of the replacement boards required a modification that I wasn't aware of.
