First off ; this is not a review of the service guys who actually came out to work on my septic. Those guys ( that showed up wearing Kleins uniforms) got me up and going and were straight forward about what the problem was and how it had to be repaired. But the customer service is horrible! Long wait times of over 7 minutes on the telephone ( only to asked to leave a message?). Sending out a truck to pump out my tank and not a service tech when I told them on the phone my pump alarm was going off. Having to make repeat phone... read more

I called to make an appointment. They were upfront with their rates. Gave me a coupon discount on top of it. Came on the day they said they would and pumped my poop! Technician was courteous. Very good experience considering the service required.
This company was sold to Kline's. Worst customer service ever!! Call someone else.
Wouldn’t do business with a company who hires drivers who cut off drivers in the passing lane in the pouring rain on 61 during morning rush hour and nearly cause them to wreck. Your employees conduct is 100% a reflection of you business!
