Amazing and efficient service! Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We needed a dryer for our rental property and walked in to be greeted with a genuinely friendly attitude. When we asked for a recommendation, Mr. Heckman pointed us to a dryer (not the most expensive one), and we purchased it right away. He even offered to install the plug—just asked us to send a photo of it. Delivery was organized on the spot. The entire process took only 7 minutes! Truly impressive. Thank you, Mr. Heckman!
Saw their listing on Facebook marketplace. Called about availability and hours. They were open on Sunday, but you must call before showing up. The washer had been refurbished and was super clean. I backed my truck up to the loading dock in the back. Matt had it shrink wrapped so the lid didn't move and helped load it into my truck. Super Friendly and Helpful and a 30 DAY WARRANTY! Smooth Trouble Free transaction, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! P.S. The pictures are from my cellar, not Heckman Appliance which is super clean!
I bought a Whirlpool washer, sight unseen, when my washer kicked the bucket. I was so happy with it and with the same-day delivery service. When my dryer died 6 months later, I bought a Whirlpool dryer, also sight unseen. I can't recommend Heckman's enough. I got two like-new appliances for less that I was quoted to repair my old ones.
Wayne appliances have great price and their service is unbeatable. The owner Wayne is very knowledgeable and reliable. I really appreciate their warranty for the appliances. Once a washer had an error message came up in my rental house. Wayne contact my tenant and have someone onsite and fixed the washer timely. And he also keep me updated through the process. I was very impressed by their service. I have been buying from Heckmen appliances for 6 years. I am a happy customer and would definitely keep shopping with them.
The guys at Heckman appliance were very good to deal with. I bought a washer dryer set from them and the washer ended up making a super loud noise from the start and they refunded my money and picked the washer up. I ended up keeping the dryer since it had no problems. If the washer would’ve been quiet it would be 5 stars. overall i’m satisfied.
