The experience working with Johnny and his team couldn't have been better. Prior to sale, the house needed a decent amount of work. Johnny was expert in advising where to invest and where not to invest, then following through by fully project managing all improvements. As challenges came, Johnny was on top of everything. Also, everything came-in at or below budget, with a sales price way over expectations. I couldn't recommend their service more highly.
