I woke up at 2am in excruciating tooth pain. At that time I scheduled, on-line, with an emergency dentistry establishment for an appointment later that day. 40 minutes before my appointment (which was at 3:30pm) they called and canceled and wouldn't be able to see me for 3+ days. I have severe dental anxiety and had not been to the dentist in about 16 years before visiting this office in June. They came highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why. Every staff member I have talked to has been wonderful! I went in for a new patient evaluation and found I needed a deep cleaning, my impacted wisdom teeth needed extracted, a molar needed extracted, and I have a couple of small cavities. Does not do emergency appointments as stated on website
My Hygienist Kelsey is so wonderful! She is so personable and remembers to ask about big life events. For seeing me twice a year along with thousands of other people I’m so impressed with her ability to make me feel so special. She also is a wonderful hygienist! Can’t say enough good things about my experience here the last 5 years.
Horrible experience. All aspects. Don’t let the marketing fool you.
