If you do not have insurance, this is not a safe place for you. They are predatory and view you as something that they can extract as much money from as possible. I had a terrible experience for a dental office in general, but especially from one that advertises to patients with dental anxiety/past dental trauma. Filter through the reviews for “Kansas Center for Sedation Dentistry” as well - they have 2 different business names and websites for the same place. Dishonest and unsafe.
I woke up at 2am in excruciating tooth pain. At that time I scheduled, on-line, with an emergency dentistry establishment for an appointment later that day. 40 minutes before my appointment (which was at 3:30pm) they called and canceled and wouldn't be able to see me for 3+ days. I have severe dental anxiety and had not been to the dentist in about 16 years before visiting this office in June. They came highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why. Every staff member I have talked to has been wonderful! I went in for a new patient evaluation and found I needed a deep cleaning, my impacted wisdom teeth needed extracted, a molar needed extracted, and I have a couple of small cavities. My Hygienist Kelsey is so wonderful! She is so personable and remembers to ask about big life events. For seeing me twice a year along with thousands of other people I’m so impressed with her ability to make me feel so special. She also is a wonderful hygienist! Can’t say enough good things about my experience here the last 5 years.
