I do not even believe that they should even get 1 star at all! I called them to ask if I can purchase a trailer hitch and the lady on the phone, "Heather" said that she couldn't get the parts for me they were on back order, which is fine but with the attitude that she gave me on the phone was bull****, "pardon my french".
