Friendly. Feels like they're in closing mode. Not sure how much longer Hecht of Mt Holly will be around, selves are empty, only 1 person working....
Great spot for parts! The crew working the desk, parts counter, and repairs are fantastic. Knowledgeable and positive. James listens to your needs and guides you to the correct parts and gear. This is a sign of a successful family local owned and operated business. I am a return customer. Both time buying axles, tires, hardware etc. Thank you for great service.
No Saturday hours and only 8 to 4 Mon.to Fri. Worse then bankers hours! Anyone who works a regular job can't get there 8 to 4. Guess they don't need the business!
I called on Monday afternoon and drove off with a trailer on Tuesday morning. Jay was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very easy people to work with. He even went over some technical points I was not aware of in spite of already owning a trailer. I highly recommend Hecht Trailers!
