I would not rent a property that is managed by Hecht Realty. They are unresponsive if problems occur. I was left without the use of major appliances and nothing was done to correct the situation. In addition, HECHT REALTY was late in returning part of my security deposit and cheated me out of the rest of it, charging me for repairs that were made to the major appliances that never worked the whole time I was in residence. AVOID ANY PROPERTY MANAGED MY HECHT REALTY AT ALL COSTS OR ELSE BE PREPARED TO PAY THE PRICE!!
