As a female buyer, alone, I was walked on and treated as if I knew nothing. Not a single dollar off of sticker price. After bringing vehicle to body shop, upon return my brakes squeak. I reported this upon picking up my vehicle and was told by manager that it was because the temp outside was cold and so were my brakes. They have squeaked alllll summer long in the heat as well. Looking for new Chevy dealership ASAP
I just used the service department at Hecht for the first time, getting an oil change on our truck. Their service department is friendly, thorough, and less expensive than I was expecting. We will be using them for everything on our truck!
BEWARE!!!! Bought a vehicle from them three weeks ago. Never got the title. They said they would over night it. I haven’t been able to get it licensed. How does an authorized dealer operate like this?
