Absolutely HORRIBLE people to do business with !!! After 13 years of storing my things in a 10'x20' unit they booted me out to rent to someone at a higher rate. I had paid them over 40K in storage fees over the years but had a few payments a week-2 weeks late due to a banking problem with US Bank due to fraudulent charges on my account. The owners were very nasty on the phone and sent threatening texts and letters. They actually threw away thousands of dollars worth of computers I had stored.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICEThis is a WARNING based on the lack of quality service and respect I experienced when trying to rent a unit at this facility.I spent months contacting HSSC, as directed, to keep my name on the list for a large unit. Once one came up and I was notified, I confirmed that same day via email that I wanted the unit and asked how to pay for it, since I was out of town traveling. Phone interview I called for info on size and cost and pod space. Ben was most friendly and accomodating, with good detailed facts. I certainly will store with them when I begin my move!
