My wife and I worked with Brendan Murphy and Colin Hebson on our first condo purchase, sale of that condo, and our first home purchase over the past 3+ years. I recently worked with Sara Olvera and recommend it to everyone. Sara is knowledgeable and resourceful; she walked me through the entire process as a first time homebuyer, and she explained things to me, sometimes more than once, in a helpful way. My fiancée and I are extremely happy we decided to use Ryan Harmon as our realtor to purchase our first home! From start to finish, Ryan was there to answer any questions that we had. On day one, he met with us to discuss the home buying process, what our realistic budget was based on what we wanted, and everything in between. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with even after we took a year off during the middle of our search due to personal reasons. We cannot recommend him enough!
