The worst apartment manager I have ever seen. No maintenance and no weather proofing. Since Raquel took over as apartment manager the place has went downhill faster and faster.

I moved in here two months ago and like my place. I have a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. I was told by a neighbor that Lee, the property manager, took over the complex just before I moved in. He seems nice and my place was good when I moved in, nothing needed fixed or replaced. The lawn looks nice and trash is always picked up. The laundry room is kind of older, but Ive never had to wait to use a washer or dryer. This place is NOT a good place to live. The window glass falls out of the frame when you open them. The "playground" is completely unsafe, and repairs take forever. There is NO soundproofing whatsoever and you have to put blankets over all the windows in the winter to TRY and get your apartment warm. If you have any kind of other choice do not live here!
High rent for what you get. Walls and ceiling are very cheap and thin, therefore it is very loud. Windows are outdated and with the windows shut your blinds move because of the wind. Just amagine what its like in the winter time. Utilities are fairly exspensive with "gohst" meter readings. Plus You dont get an air conditioner when you move in, so yes you have to buy your own(\$100-\$400 depending on how cool you want to stay).And the pet deposit is outragus.\$200 A PET and yes even for cats.Some apartments have newer cabinet... read more
