To Wendy from Crown Point, IN: Sorry that YOUR REALTOR, that was trying to set up your appointments AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, did not get an immediate response. We wish YOUR REALTOR would have called the alternate number, explained on our office recorder or set up the appointments with us during our Normal Business Hours. Typically we check the office recorder at Least once a day on the days we are closed. Again, we are Very Sorry for Any Inconvenience that YOUR REALTOR or You might have incurred.
I have tried to see 2 homes listed with this company with an agent from another company. I was not able to see them-Hebron Realty did not respond to the request until after the requested appointment time. I decided that I did not want to see them at all then. What a disservice they do for the people who list their homes with them-I bet they didnt even know that a potential buyer wasnt able to see their home.
