I will not hesitate to give them 5 *, because of the way they handle their renter's maintenance request. Quick and friendly.
13 year resident, recently moved due to needing a bigger place. All in all great place to live. Management team is friendly, understanding, and incredibly prompt to deal with concerns and maintenance issues. Location is incredibly convenient and quite.

After moving in I was able to see why they were so detailed oriented during the approval process.
