I think I really live the true definition of insanity when it comes to this place. Every time I and here I face a problem, I do not know why I keep coming back. When you call them to report a problem/financial loss, they do not return your calls.
12 dollar wash, car came out with bird poop still stuck to it. If you call their phone number it rings and rings no answer. Terrible service and they are not cheap!
Was hoping I could reach someone I frequent your business and when to do soft touch best wash machine took my 12.00 but door didn't open. Called number on door no answer
About a year ago I drove my SUV there and used the "soft touch" car wash to get it all clean. After the wash I noticed large scratches on driver side of the vehicle . It took me a while to compound those out I was not happy about this. So today I brought in my smaller vehicle and tried to use the touchless. However this did not take cash or my cards so I figured I'd use a "soft touch" again. Well guess what happened more scratches on driver side of the vehicle!! Lost money in the car wash. Pulled in front of the camera left name number and make/model of car on answering machine. I've left 2 messages no call back! Will never go there again. So unprofessional
