Purchased a fireplace from Fargo Hebron Brick for $5K+. Every winter...i have had issues with it starting when its cold. I have requested for them to fix this issue numerous times. They come and look and it but have not resolved the issue. I am constatnly having to remove the screen and open the front glass in order for it to start. Poor service for resolving the problem.
