Just wanted to say Thanks to the service staff. On a recent trip from Dallas to Destin, my check engine light came on 10 min west of Mendin. The ford pass app took me straight to the dealership. Having to be in Destin by 3 on Saturday and it currently being 1pm on a Friday, we were already planning a backup, worse case scenario plan. The service team went out of their way to to scan my truck and determined that although there was an issue, the truck would be safe to drive until a repair could be scheduled in Destin.
