NOT dependable, did not show, did not call. Left four people with no income, because of clogged drains and wet floors at a business. Ed Jr. is a nice kid,and was responsive and polite when he did a job six months ago..... but the company owner (dad) told me "you are just calling to complain, so have a nice day" Had NO explanation for why no one called me. they DO NOT work nights and weekends, period. That is what they told me, after promising someone would be there Saturday
