They charged an extra $120 just to remove and reinstall the toilet for an inspection. The technician did a careless job: the toilet keeps moving, no silicone, not sure they added the wax ring, and they didn’t even use levelers that cost just a few cents. This caused a leak at the base. When I contacted the company, they blamed my “old plumbing,” instead of acknowledging the poor installation. Expensive, poor-quality work. Although the service was expensive because they came on the weekend, they did a great job. And they came on a weekend. So worth it!
