Have never had anything but a 100% outstanding experience. Insurance billing has been error free. Staff is friendly & outgoing. Dr's Dwight & John are fabulous dentists. No upselling of services. They tell you what you need and are conservative about no unnecessary procedures. Love the entire crew. - Greg Musgrave
I had a horrible billing experience. I was told I was in net work even after my insurance changed. I asked and gave my new insurance cards. We filled out the New insurance forms and they still billed the wrong insurance company then told me a month after my appt that I was out of network. Even though I asked on my way out of the appt "How much do I own" and was told you are covered at %100. I would never go back, their business end is terrible.
