I had occasion to use the ER recently and I wanted to compliment the entire staff of nurses, physicians, and technicians who looked after me. Special appreciation to the nurse who was called down to help from another department, she held my hand, explained things, and was very calming. I appreciate my Intermountain Community Hospital very much, especially my personal physician Dr. Brian Lofgran, who saw me for follow up and reassured me that I received an excellent workup in the ER. Been seeing Dr. Haderlie for about 14 years now. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I've been in 3 times this week and seen a lot of different people and they have all been amazing (even with the new computer system). Thank you to all of you for your extraordinary care of your patients.
I absolutely HATE their new automated system!!!! Come on people, let's get back to being personable and friendly instead of having to push all these buttons to get somebody live!!!!
Because Dr. Lofgrin recommend I check into the ER. a year ago and because of the good treatment I received there I am well and alive today. Thanks to all who helped me and rushed me to Tippanogas, I am enjoying today.
Took my Mom there 3 times in one week for severe back pain, they done tests, x-rays and Drs. Lofgran and Tullis said there was nothing wrong with her!! I took her to Park City ER and they found a Compression Fracture in her back!! Boy it's sure hard to figure out why she was in so much pain!! To bad the so called Drs.at the Heber ER couldn't figure it out!
I have always been treated very well by everyone I have come in contact with here. I had my last baby here and it was wonderful! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
What a unique hospital we have here in our little valley. I have had several procedures performed here and the staff is wonderful. I truly have never had a bad experience. Thank you Heber Valley Medical Center for the wonderful care you have given to me and my family over the years. From the clinic to the ER and surgery to the urgent care. If you're looking to pay ridiculous amounts of money (for simple procedures, like a fishhook being caught in a thumb) and be treated like a paycheck this is the hospital of your dreams! You won't able to pay rent, buy food, or pay for gas to fill your car with what these jokers charge. Thank God they get to buy their fancy shmancy cars. Next time we'll make the drive to a farther away hospital, one who understand bedside manner.
