The facility itself is clean and secure, and I’ve had no issues with access or the unit itself. (Edit: My unit is next to the giant pile of dirt, so it's now REALLY dusty inside the unit). The reason for 3 stars is related to billing. I started at $60 per month, then got increased to $82, which was expected since they sent an email.
