The facility itself is clean and secure, and I’ve had no issues with access or the unit itself. The reason for 3 stars is related to billing. I started at $60 per month, then got increased to $82, which was expected since they sent an email. But about six months ago, I noticed the same unit type listed for ~$60 on their website. I sent a message through their portal but never heard back and forgot about it. When I looked again recently and called, they confirmed the lower rate and adjusted my billing. Been renting a storage unit for years now. The fences and gate are in phenomenal condition. Everything is clean and very well maintained. The customer service is also phenomenal!! Thank you Lorraine for always making me feel at home! 😁 highly recommend Heber City Storage.
