I had such a great experience at this spa! The staff was incredibly professional, and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The lady who served me—her name is Ella—was so nice and all the products she introduce were great. Highly recommend!
I did not have a good experience at Hebe Soho. First, the salon had contacted me and said that my appointment needed to be pushed back due to the client before me being late-- which was fine, I said okay. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and waited outside for about 15 mins. I called the salon multiple times and rang the doorbell but no one was there to let me in. I had such a lovely ‘signature facial’ at the midtown clinic on Friday! My pores are now cleared and my skin looks so glowy and refreshed. The perfect self care treat, could not recommend it enough!
