Would give 0 stars if I could. Unit gave out after a year, been calling for over a week to get someone to look at it. They schedule a job, I stay home from work, and no one shows up or calls. I can’t get ahold of a manager, they always promise to call back and never do. I’ve been stuck without AC for over a week and they don’t care. Edit: after getting someone else to come out I was told their install wouldn’t pass inspection. No romex connectors, lines that should be insulated aren’t… nightmare company.
