Dear HEB, you are not Costco and will never be! At least have someone with common sense to control traffic and give doors in order, not like 175 then 177 and 3rd semi gets 176, makes no sense considering the little space available for maneuvering the semi into the dock! It seems like no lesson learned from the tragic death of truck driver getting hit in parking lot!

Fast unloading for me I only had bulk ice cream somehow I always exit out of this place the wrong way every time and don’t forget your load locks because they will keep them

The check-in process at the location is a breeze when a processing center. when you get to the East gate the security is cool at East gate but when you try to check in your paperwork at receiving at 174 dock they want you to dock first and I don't know man that's crazy you got to drive to your dock dock first then walk anywhere from 40 to 60 doors back to the receiver near 174 dock and u can be at 174 to 120 door location you going to pass that before you even going to your dock also back into this docks are tight as hell if... read more
