Arrived for my delivery at 9 PM with an appointment scheduled for 4 AM. They only allow check-in 2 hours before the appointment and do NOT allow drivers to wait on their property — even though they have a large, empty parking lot. This makes absolutely no sense. Instead of letting drivers rest safely on-site, they force us to leave and figure it out somewhere else. That’s not just inconvenient — it shows complete disrespect for drivers and our time.
