The guy working on the receiving office very rude and disrespectful I’m trying to explain to him that I get a call that my paperwork is ready , but I see i still have a red light.and the trailer still shaking Can you check if they done or not yet he is looking at me weird and ignoring me so I just go I wait until i get green light i pull out from the door and I see I still have 4 pallets in my trailer I went back to the same guy and I told him that there is four pallets left in the trailer. Horrible they call everyone to come all at once to try and get in your dock ! Big cluster of trucks cutting each other off very tight spots to back into if you have a long nose or stretch truck .

This place sucks. Tight parking so very tight. Then took from 2:30am to 9:17am to unload my truck. Then lied on the BOLs said I got there at 6:45am and they finished at 7:10am. Really! I should have known how much they respect drivers by the very tight parking spaces and the attitudes at the receiving desk. It wasn't all bad the second spot the produce part of HEBs was awesome. Easy parking and quick friendly people. The other side of HEBs should learn from them.
