I cant comment on the products or services but customer support gets the one star..sent an email for a quote for a small project. Any response would have been nice except for crickets..
They put a metal roof on my 1500 square-foot Cottage some 12 years ago and it continues to perform superbly. One extra bonus was that carpenter ants I had prior to the metal roof immediately disappeared. It would appear that the metal roof caused enough heat in the summertime to kill these ants. We had Heavy Metal come out to estimate putting metal roofing onto our house, detached garage, and two sheds. They explained our options thoroughly, & out of the 4 quotes we got, their quote happened to be the most reasonable. The driving force behind the 5 star rating however is that they did what they said they would and they installed our roofing with meticulous care.
