OPEN 24 HOURS. Centrally located in Hot Springs right off of Central Ave. We cater to all fitness goals. We have equipment for powerlifters, bodybuilders and strength trainers. We carry Texas Strength, Arsenal Strength, and Rogue just to name a few of the brands we carry. Heavy weights, heavy metal, and killer environment. Please note our "Business hours". These are our office hours. The gym is not staffed 24 hours. You will have to contact us during business hours for access.

It's a nice place and if you go later an night it's pretty much empty
This is the gym. If you are in the Hot Springs area and are serious about lifting, THIS is the spot you are looking for. Old school barbell look and feel, all Texas power bar barbells, 24/7 access, and very friendly community. Stop looking
Great little gym with 24 hr access, and a very affordable and convenient 7 day membership option I was able to utilize, with easy registration and payment on the website. The club down the road only offered a 10 pass minimum option for $150.
This used to be a great gym to go to but it’s nothing like it is as you see on this pictures they have little to no room for anyone to workout without feeling cramped.
The place lived up to its name. At 5am there were 5 other people working out... still plenty of room. Not a big chain gym, this is an "old school" gym (with a very loud audio system... hope you like heavy metal or have good earbuds). Don't be intimidated though, people are friendly, but mostly focused on their workouts... not a single person around making videos.
