Adam and his guys went above and beyond with communication, and made me a great, great deal. We talked on the phone several times, and through email, and he guided me through the process and gave me some great insight and advice on the vehicle I purchased, along with tips for the business! I can’t say enough about this company we purchased a truck site unseen from Maryland which can be very stressful and the owner and staff was always detailed in response and shipping to us. Once we received the truck it was clean as shown in pictures and went to get inspected and to which it failed for minimal items I thought oh well that’s the gamble but I figured let me reach out and see if they would be willing to help out with the 2k plus bill and without hesitation they stood behind the truck and paid for the bill. Purchased a 16 ram 5500 from Adam. Flew down from Kansas the day after thanksgiving as that’s the only time I could get down there. Adam came in on his day off to accommodate me. Truck was everything he had told me over the phone. They sell some of the cleanest used rigs I have seen. Made the 12 hour trip home with zero issues. Highly recommend Heavy Metal Automotive.
